Participants are required to commit to the programme for one year, which includes attending all scheduled 1:1 calls throughout that period.

If you cannot make a call, please reschedule 48hrs in advance, otherwise you may forfeit your monthly call.

This is a year commitment. We are honouring your process by holding a strict accountability non refundable policy. No refunds will be provided, without exception. The policy is strict to ensure that all participants are committed to their growth journey throughout the entire year. This 1:1 programme is designed for those who can fully 100% engage and benefit from the experience.

What's included:

1 x 60 minute online or in person 1-2-1 coaching session with Tony per month for 12 months

Assessment Call:  An in-depth look at your current lifestyle, health, and wellness journey. From this assessment, Together we will co-create an exclusive experience that directly addresses your individual needs, guiding you toward realistic, sustainable living practices for you to embody on your well-being path to longevity.
Movement: You will gain a full repertoire of posture enhancing natural movements and joint liberating mobility modalities, ultimately enabling you to become more capable, adaptable, strong and resilient for the ever-changing experience we call life.

Nutrition: Gain insights into the evolution of the human diet and your hormonal, immune, and metabolic systems to optimise your health and vitality.  This includes an education on the impact of nervous system regulation for nutrient absorption, performance, recovery, and hormonal health.

Mindfulness: Every relationship benefits from us being conscious, connected, mindful beings—including the relationship with ourselves. Learn practical mindfulness and breath-work modalities to help you self-regulate, cultivate a deeper sense of awareness.

Growth: My focus regarding these coaching sessions is for you to understand that lifestyle change is fundamentally a mental reframing and perspective shifting process.

Mindset: Gain insights into personal development, including self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the importance of setting intentions for your life. Receive support in developing a positive mindset, overcoming limiting beliefs, and addressing self-sabotaging negative self-talk.

Accountability: Collaborate on a personalised action plan to implement real change in your life, including strategies for maintaining motivation and accountability.  With the additional accountability, you can remain consistent on your path to reaching your human potential.
