A 2 day workshop based in Cornwall, making the most of the glorious South West Coast Path, you'll be focusing on the following 3 areas:
• Posture (wild upright posture – head and chest over hips)
• Rhythm (wild elastic efficiency - quick cadence - around 180 steps per minute)
• Relaxation - (wild connection - nasal breathing techniques to tune you into a profound sense of being and aid efficiency and recovery)
