NATLIFE RETREATS

The way I’d describe the constellation work with Katarina is simple: it’s magic. And part of the magic is not trying to pull it apart, not needing to dissect how it works, because the not-explaining is part of what keeps it profound. You just step in and let it happen.

So much of that comes down to the space Katarina holds. It’s a beautiful space, one you feel comfortable stepping into, able to embrace the whole process and contribute to it. Because it does take everyone. Everyone in the group is there for a reason; the right people end up in the room, which is the heart of what family constellation work is about. But you need the right environment for that to come alive, and the right facilitator to guide it gently and let the magic happen. That’s Katarina.

I came looking for understanding, for clarity on things I’d been turning over. And what struck me was that the answers, when they surfaced, felt obvious. But they needed to be seen and worked through to really land. Something had been clouding them before. I came in with entanglements, pullings I could physically feel, and left with them untangled. Clear, and more myself than I’ve felt in a long time. Profound, honest, beautiful work.

"My retreat with Tony Riddle and his handpicked healing facilitators changed my life. This is no exaggeration. When I arrived, I had no idea what Tony could accomplish—resetting our bodies and returning our minds to their natural, thriving state. Tony’s genuine embodiment of his teachings—his passion and authenticity—was the key. It’s not just marketing; it’s witnessing a living example of untainted human nature.

His message, 'what is socially normal is biologically abnormal,' resonated deeply with me, along with many other lessons that radically transformed my life”.
